A book to recommend. I happened to find this book weeks ago at a book sale, it's quite a value for money after a quick browse. I am even more convinced after reading the (rating of 4.5 out of 5) reviews on Amazon. Click here to have a flip through a few sample pages. Look at those wonderful looking tarts, the raspberries... cherries... strawberries... just feel an impulse to bake right away (I just need to get an oven!!).
