S.L.O.Weekend

Finally.

I have time to catch my breath. I manage to read the Saturday's papers for the first time in weeks!! I was home most of Saturday! That's rare and I actually find it a little uneasy. I need some getting used to after being so occupied for the past weeks. I sat on the sofa, surfing aimlessly on my Toshiba baby... I was getting restless. I came home without wandering around too much after yoga on Sunday (well I did wander but just around my neighbourhood).

Yoga wasn't good today. It was me that wasn't good. I was feeling unfit for it, after the first few postures, I began to feel a little breathless. Many times, I just had to sit down and catch my breath back... arghh. I could only do one of most postures (usually we do two for each). It's bad. I don't know what was wrong... I was just thinking if I would just collapse and die (like many athletes did)! Was it that I didn't really have a 'proper' breakfast, or did I wake up too late and was feeling not ready or energized for it?? I wasn't supposed to even eat 2 hours before the session, but I had a small bite just to give me some strength!

It's 11pm and I'm dreading Monday. Weekend seems to go too fast... I'm trying to catch up and write a few more entries (which I've promised I would!).
