Getting chic

I'm a lazy traveler when it comes to shopping, not that I hate traveling. It's more that I hate to go a far distance to shop. I'm not an enthusiastic buyer, so it wouldn't excite me when I know I have to do shopping. Actually I prefer grocery shopping!! Funny?

My sister was set to go IKEA to hunt for some storage boxes for her junks that have been laying in a heap for months. Finally!!! I was so glad she decided to do something about it. I'm sick of seeing it every morning, every night. She said she would take a cab home, it was then I was convinced to tag along to grab anything that might come in handy. My room cleaning has completed and still in need of some proper storage space.

I went along, found something like a metal framed shelf. It has slots for 4 baskets, it looks a bit out of place in my room though - more for kitchen space to me! My sister spotted a wooden wardrobe organizer, just right for my lingerie!!! He he he. It looks better, just that I have to buy two linen drawers to come with it as well. It's a DIY thing, pretty challenging to do it. Of course I needed my dad's help to finally finish it off - tightening the screws.
