Singapore's second
IKEA has opened in the east!!
Huurraaaayyyy!!! But it's located somewhere off Tampines, a little inaccessible but I hope they continue the shuttle, well can opt to take a bus from here too.

The setting makes me feel like
I'm in Europe once again. Recalling my visit to
IKEA in Germany, it somehow feels like this... A big
IKEA building (that looks like a huge container) in the middle of an open space, away from the bustling city and not too close to the residential area. Guess what, we are going to have a massive
COURTS and
GIANT next to
IKEA in coming future. It really feels like I am in UK or Europe again. Those enormous
TESCO I saw, or
MORRISONS.
By the way, if you're wondering if this is better than the
IKEA at Alexandra, I would definitely say
YES YES YES. It's extremely spacious, generous to an extent that the
IKEA cafe/restaurant is few times bigger than Alexandra's. Look at the picture I took above (with my mobile), don't you want to go for a visit...?? By the way, it just opened on 30 November 2006, I went on the 2nd night, and they give you free mini
"lovey-with-hands" till tomorrow (the 3rd).

Awww... I love the new
IKEA and that
Alleby snake I got.
